About the Role

As our Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling content across our website, digital marketing campaigns, and social media channels. Your work will play a key role in strengthening our brand identity and delivering an exceptional online shopping experience.

Working closely with our marketing and creative teams, you'll help bring ideas to life through engaging visuals that inspire customers and drive results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design attractive, user-friendly graphics for our website, including banners, promotional graphics, landing pages, and product imagery.

  • Create marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and other digital platforms.

  • Develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

  • Maintain consistency across all visual communications and ensure adherence to our brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams on new campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

  • Optimize designs for desktop and mobile viewing.

  • Stay informed about current design trends, e-commerce best practices, and emerging creative technologies.


What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of typography, color, composition, and branding.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for creativity and continuous improvement.

Experience with Shopify, Canva, Figma, motion graphics, or basic video editing is considered an advantage but is not required.

At Sarah & Daniel Sydney, we're looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play an essential role in ensuring every customer receives professional support before, during, and after their purchase.


About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You'll assist with product inquiries, order updates, shipping questions, and general support while helping maintain the high level of service our customers expect.

Your goal is to create positive customer experiences that build long-term trust and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and other support channels.
  • Assist customers with product information, sizing guidance, and order-related questions.
  • Help resolve shipping, delivery, and return inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-up on all support requests.
  • Work closely with our logistics and operations teams to resolve customer issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce (preferred but not required).

  • The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Confidence using email, online systems, and customer support software.

Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar customer support platforms is considered an advantage but is not required.
