All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is typically 1–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

3. Shipping Origin
To reduce unnecessary waste, avoid excess inventory, and minimize our environmental impact, many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers.
As a result, your order may be dispatched from China.
Depending on your country's import regulations, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to collect a package from a designated pickup location may result in the parcel being returned to the sender. Any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment may be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will make every reasonable effort to update your order, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Once the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
