At Sarah & Daniel Sydney, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.

1. How Our Business Operates
Sarah & Daniel Sydney operates using a direct-from-supplier fulfillment model. To reduce unnecessary waste, minimize overproduction, and lower our environmental impact, many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers.
As a result, approved returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by our supplier, which may be located outside your country of residence, including China.
Please do not return any item without first contacting our support team and receiving return authorization.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Return requests submitted before the package has been delivered cannot be processed.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions along with the correct return address.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

Items may be tried on for sizing purposes but may not be worn beyond this.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless they are unopened and unused. These include, but are not limited to:

Sale or discounted items are generally considered final sale unless they are defective or incorrect.
Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order may not qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Returns must be shipped to the return address provided by our Customer Support team.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned packages arrive safely.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot process refunds for returns that cannot be verified as delivered.
5. Alternative Resolution
Because international returns can be expensive and time-consuming, we may, where appropriate, offer an alternative resolution before requesting that an item be returned.
Depending on the situation, this may include:

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

7. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected at the designated return facility.
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several additional business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.
8. Order Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing.
If your order has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you experience an issue with your order after delivery, please contact our Customer Support team first. We are committed to finding a fair and reasonable solution.
We kindly ask customers not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes before contacting us, as many issues can be resolved much more quickly through our support team.
9. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Sarah & Daniel Sydney cannot be held responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.

Delivery delays caused by customs inspections, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to update your order, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
